Delivery of photos

For weddings, the photos are delivered approximately 6-8 weeks after the wedding. In high season it may vary. The images are delivered on a luxury USB memory directly to your home. You also get a luxurious online album that is active for 6 months where you can view and share all the photos with your family and friends.

For portrait sessions, the photos will be delivered within approximately 1-2 weeks and will be delivered to you for digital download via online album.

Do I have a back up of your images?

Yes I do!
I have both cloud-based backup solutions and my own disks. I save your photos for one year after the photography session and an email is sent to you before I will clean out my hard drives.
Always make sure to save your pictures in an extra place. Cloud-based solutions are the best in my opinion.

It's difficult to know if you're not familiar with photography or have connections within photography business, so here's a small explanation :).

When I photograph you, the pictures are in a format called RAW. A raw file is not compressed and contains all the image information that hit the sensor when I pressed the shutter button, no information is removed from the file. A raw file always requires finishing and can handle more processing than a jpeg file as it contains more image data.

A a raw file is like a digital film that has to be developed in the digital darkroom yet. I never deliver raw files to my customers.
What you buy from me is also my editing style and you'll lose that if you would get the raw files.

Help with location

I have several years of photography experience and I have accumulated good knowledge about lighting, composition and posing.
Before a wedding , I usually check out the place twice (if possible).

We always meet for a test photography session and most suitable is then to meet at the place where you will get married, to go through the best location together. Then I usually go to the same place a few weeks before the wedding ceremony to ensure that this locations that has been planned will actually work. We will also agree on alternative places if the weather gods are not on our side :).
